The five officers below were named as the leadership of the association in the declaration acknowledged by the Senior Divisional Officer for Fako on 12 May 2022. They are joined by the management team that runs the day-to-day work.

The general assembly is the sovereign body of the association. It adopts the articles, elects the executive bureau and receives the reports. The bureau carries out the objectives between assemblies, the Treasurer and Financial Secretary hold the accounting and banking mandate set out in the articles, and the management committee verifies proposed projects on site before they go forward for approval.
UNIHAF carries out its objectives in affiliation with the following ministries of the Republic of Cameroon.
