UNIHAF is an apolitical, non-denominational, non-profit association registered in 2022 under Article 7 of Law No. 90/053 of 19/12/1990. Its head office is in Buea, Fako Division, South West Region of Cameroon.
The association was constituted by a general assembly that adopted its articles and elected an executive bureau. Its accounts, banking mandate and audit arrangements are set out in those articles, and the bureau reports to the assembly.
On 12 May 2022 the Senior Divisional Officer for Fako, at the Divisional Office in Limbe, issued an Acknowledgement of Receipt confirming receipt of the complete documents for the declaration of the association “United Humanitarian Foundation (UNIHAF)”.
The acknowledgement records that the association has its headquarters in Buea Sub Division, Fako Division, that it is apolitical, non-denominational and non-profit making, and that it operates in conformity with Article 7 of Law No. 90/053 of 19/12/1990 relating to the creation and functioning of associations in Cameroon. Copies were distributed to MINAT Yaoundé, the Governor of the South West Region, the Sub-Prefects of Fako and the forces of law and order.
In practice these objectives cover the work named in our articles: empowering youths, supporting underprivileged women economically, helping internally displaced children enrol in schools and training, and enabling youths to promote agriculture.

Receipts are filed with the treasurer and results are reported to the general assembly.
