  • Classroom blocks, water points, access roads and clean-up drives.
  • Youth groups plan the work and provide the labour.
  • Support for internally displaced children to enrol in schools and training.
Decentralized Cooperation

Councils, communities and partners cooperating close to the ground.

  • Working agreements between local councils and community groups.
  • Twinning and exchange with partners inside and outside Cameroon.
  • Decisions and resources kept as near as possible to the people affected.
Entrepreneurship and Leadership

Seminars, workshops and mentoring that build businesses and the people who lead them.

  • Education seminars and training workshops on enterprise development.
  • Training, financial and material support for underprivileged women.
  • Leadership coaching for youth cooperatives, including farming groups.

Connecting people and institutions, and putting digital tools and skills within reach.

  • Linking community groups to ministries, councils and technical partners.
  • Digital literacy and basic ICT training for youths and women.
  • Shared records and reporting so results reach the general assembly.
